A Comfy - and Compact - Pregnancy Pillow

Utterly Yours has created a compact new pregnancy pillow that's as easy to use as it is comfortable. Founder Anita Jamshidi designed the pillow during a high-risk pregnancy with her fourth child. "I needed to sleep on my left side for optimal blood flow, but I just couldn't get comfortable," says Jamshidi. She developed a pillow with two small triangles, a patterned side made with dense foam to support the lower back, and a softer solid side to support the belly. "Unlike other pregnancy pillows, it provides some movement," says Jamshidi. "You don't become entrapped."
